Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling with Vortex Cheer.

1. Membership & Registration

  • Registration is subject to availability and suitability assessment. A registration fee of £25 is payable upon joining. Members must complete all required forms before participating. Medical information must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Fees & Payment

  • Monthly fees are collected via Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. Fees are due regardless of attendance, unless agreed absence. One month's notice is required to cancel membership. Competition fees are additional and billed separately.

3. Attendance & Behaviour

  • Regular attendance is expected and important for team progression. Please notify us of absences in advance where possible. Athletes must follow coach instructions and behave respectfully. Parents/guardians must remain on-site for athletes under 8 years.

4. Safety & Welfare

  • thletes must wear appropriate clothing and remove jewellery. Any injuries or health changes must be reported to coaches. Photography/video may be taken for training purposes only. Safeguarding policies must be followed by all members.

Uniforms & Equipment

  • Uniforms come at an extra cost which must be paid before the order is placed. If a Uniform is lost or damaged you must replace. Equipment must be used correctly and in a sensible manner.

6. Competitions

  • Competition participation is at coach discretion. Additional fees apply for competition entry and travel. Athletes must commit to competition preparation requirements. Competition schedules are subject to change

7. Liability

  • Vortex Cheer has appropriate public liability insurance. Parents/guardians accept that cheerleading involves inherent risks. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Athletes must follow safety guidelines at all times.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
